Tranferring then banking--When do points expire?

I want to transfer 55 BCV points from my 2008 March BCV contract to my 2008 June BCV contract.

Then, I want to bank these 55 points to from my 2008 June BCV to my 2009 June BCV use year.

MS was insisting that these points would expire on 2/28/09. I said that these points should expire on 2/28/10. I tried to explain...what's the point of allowing banking of transferred points if you will never be able to use them?

Who's correct?

If you transfer March 2008 points, they will retain their own use year, but you can then bank them into March 2009 use year making them good until 2/28/2010. MS is thus incorrect although it may be just miscommunication -- if you transfer the points they will expire in Feb 09 unless you bank them after the transfer.
