Tranfer Bus to Amtrak Station from Anaheim Hotels & Tranfers to Sea World?

We are so excited about our Disneyland get a way in August after a whole summer of Anual Passholder block out dates. Since Saturday is another block out we were hoping that a trip to San Diego (Sea World) on the Coastal Surfer would entertain a young at heart Dad and his 4 year old and a 6 year old buddies for the day.

We were hoping that anyone who has taken Amtrak to San Diego could tell us if there is Bus or sometype of reasonably priced transfer service from the Hotels (i.e. our hotel Radisson Main Gate Anaheim) to the Anaheim Amtrak Station? What kind of transfer can we use to get to/from Sea World when we arive?

Amtrak now has a special for (American Automobile Assn.) AAA members that an Adult may take 2 children FREE for just $36.00 Round trip. Since we are lovers of trains just like Walt Disney was and the ride down along the coast is so beautiful I wanted to treat the kids to something they have never done before, ride the Coastal Surfer.

Any Suggestions from experienced train Travelers out there?

<font color=navy>What a great deal! Are you taking the Pacific Surfliner? That's the one my kids take to San Diego all the time from the Anaheim Station (which is located in the parking lot for the Angel Baseball Stadium).

I don't believe that there are any hotel shuttles that will drop you off there, but the taxi is pretty inexpensive - it's only a 5 minute drive from the Disneyland Resort area.

I'm not sure how you'd get to Sea World from the San Diego station.

Yes the Costal Surfliner... That is the one I called it the costal Surfer by mistake. I guess Taxi might be the best way to get there from our Hotel. I wonder how much it might cost?
