I love Buntzen Lake. Also Belcarra Park has wonderful trails for both hiking and biking. Good picnic spot too! They also rent Kayaks. Paddling up Indian Arm is spectacular.

thanks for all the great advice Seems that we cant go wrong no matter what we do. we still have not made up our mind yet and are still researching it. But I can tell you all that I am listening to each and everyone of your opinions and ideas! Would be so much easier if ya all came back and just said that they both stink , save your money and just do the cruise

Well being from around "these parts" as they say I'd definitely drive. It's such a scenic route and along the way there's places to stop like the Falls or Squamish to watch climbers go up the Chief rockface, Britannia, the old Mines, etc etc. I think definitely you get more bang for buck in a vehicle and you set your own pace/timings.
