Hve they finished the train station yet. I was dwon there dec 05 and they haven't finished the train station yet. Does anyone have any pics of it just wondering what it looked like.

I would be interested in this too. I don't think it is still on the refurbishment schedule.

We were there in late Jan. '06.

I was very surprised that it is IDENTICAL (for all practical purposes) to the way it has been for years.

I'd heard that they were going to make it more "open", but it is still fully enclosed and has the same (AFAIK) furnishings and other items inside.

BUT...
What they DID FULLY remodel was BENEATH the train station.

Now, directly below the main station (where the lockers used to be) is where you rent STROLLERS.
And over to the RIGHT (as you approach from the entry gates) is now the brand new LOCKER room.
They simply "traded spaces" (should have shot it for TV) with the lockers and the stroller rental.
The new lockers are all the same size and are somewhat larger than the old "small" ones. I had a video tripod in my backpack and it fit into the new locker with no problems.

It's true. I absolutely think this remodeling was a horrible decision. Granted they were out of room for strollers, I just thought the under-side of the station added character to the place. You can't just walk through the station anymore like you used to (the middle part).

They also took down alot of the rare items they had in the station and sold it to local Disney vendors to sell to the public.
