Train Question

I have a question about the train teleporter. I have heard that you can get it at WDW or DLR, but me and my parents will never be able to go there . I was wondering if there is another way, and if so, could you tell it to me. I would really appreciate it if some one could.

If not, could some one be willing enough to either trade me or get me a code
