Train missing from Magic Kingdom rope drop?

The train has not been part of the Magic Kingdom Opening Show today or last Saturday - anybody know why? The Mayor, characters and family of the day simply emerged from the train station, and Saturday did not even include Mickey!

(I know the Mayor and F.O.D. always come via the station, but not the characters!)

They occassionally do a shortened version of the Welcome Show for various reasons. Could've been a technical glitch or something. It is likely not a permanent change.

We did rope drop last Wednesday, and the train was there.
