Train Disruption to Dover

For anyone on the July 30th sailing out of Dover there is “industrial action” planned for the 30th and will stop train service to Dover from London. We were scheduled on the train the morning of and are having to arrange alternate transport.

I'm not sailing out of Dover BUT if I was, this is really good and helpful information - thanks! When I did a trans Atlantic I used the Disney transportation because I was lazy . . have fun!

That's a bummer since the Southeastern train is faster, cheaper, and more comfortable than any highway transfer.

We will use it to get into London after our Iceland/Scotland cruise. That is if they aren't planning any "action" on Aug 28.

They are not planning any industrial action on August 28. For August, the dates are August 18 and 29
