Trail's to Go and Disney Dining Plan

Has anybody recently used the dining plan at Trail's to Go at Fort Wilderness? I was hoping to use quick service meal credits at Trails to Go. I LOVE the fried chicken at the Hoop Dee Doo/Trail's End restaurant but won't be able to eat at either place this trip. I notice that there's a 'Giddyup and Go' meal at Trail's to Go that includes the fried chicken but serves multiple people. Does anyone know if you can use 2 quick service meal credits for the Giddyup and Go meal? There doesn't seem to be any other meal option that includes the fried chicken just for 1 person. Thanks for any info!

I don't know about using credits for the Giddyap and Go, but on Disney's menu I see The Lone Rider and White Meat Only look like fried chicken meals for one.
