Trails End

How busy does the Trails End get for breakfast and lunch? I'd like to try it this trip, but I'm always leary of hopping the boat with hungry kids and getting there to find a big line.

BTW - what's the best way to get there from WL?

You should be able to get a boat directly to Fort Wilderness from WL.

We've eaten there for breakfast and never had a problem. Very good.

Never waited more that a few minutes for breakfast or lunch. We love WL and the Trails End is so quick and easy to get to. The boat ride make going out to eat fun!!!

Try it for any meal.

We were there on the 4th of July for lunch and it wasn't crowded at all.

Never waited more than 10 min.Been there every trip good value.Dont forget to check out the petting zoo.

Longest wait we've ever had at the TE was when we got there at 11:30 for lunch (they don't open till 12!) We ate there for Thanksgiving dinner and only had to wait 20 minutes.

I'd like to try breakfast at Trails End. We'll be staying at the CBR. Does anyone know how to get from CBR to Trails End? We'll be using our car to get everywhere. TIA

I'd plan breakfast at Trail's End before going to the Magic Kingdom or Epcot. Either take the bus or park at the Magic Kingdom lot then take the resort boat from in front of the Magic Kingdom to Fort Wilderness. The restaurant is a short walk from the Fort Wilderness dock.

If you would like to eat early, plan breakfast on a day with early entry into the Magic Kingdom. The boats should run an hour earlier.

After breakfast, just take the boat back (or hop off at the Contemporary or Wilderness Lodge to wander around).

I think this option is more of an adventure than driving to Fort Wilderness and taking the bus to the restaurant.
