Trails End ...?

My son and I are staying at WL and were going to take the boat over to Trails End at Ft. WIlderness.. Just looking for opinions... We are not looking for anything fancy... spending the day at the waterparks and though this would be a good way to end the day.

We ate there every morning during our trip last year before heading out to the parks. I dont know about dinner but breakfast was always good. It was your basic breakfast selection. They were constantly filling it so they never an out of anything and we always had good service.

We ate there in Januray after we missed dinner reservations due to a late flight.

Diner was okay...basic food. Good service, not crowded. Sundae bar (my kids favorite part)

We ate here for dinner for our 1st night. Food wasn't bad, DD's enjoyed the sundae bar as well. Only bad thing we had was our table was right by the video games and DD's wanted to go in there instead of eat. Our server was excellent. We would eat here again.

That is TE in a nutshell, nothing fancy, but a good buffet. We've eaten there three times, and never disappointed.

or you could go to the campfire program and watch a movie for free.... They even have Smore's that you can make for a fee...

Very basic food ,very resonable prices and like the others said after dinner you could catch the movie and they sell the stuff for smores ,you could take a bike ride or go down to the beach area and watch the Electical Boat Parade or depending on the time of day a water sprite (?) is that what those little boats are called oh my son loves them -
