Trail's End Buffeteria

We're heading down the week of 12/8/02. This looks like a good place to eat, but I'm wondering if we need PS? My guess is no, but thought I'd ask.

Any opinions on the food? The menu items seem pretty tasty (we're just looking for basic meat and tater's kinds of things).

We have only eaten here for lunch on a weekend and never needed a PS. The food is good -- nothing grand but for the price I would have to say one of best deals on the property.

We usually go over to Fort Wilderness on our last day before our flight out. Last year it was raining so we sat inside and played cards.

We love the Trail's End - for all 3 meals! The prices are reasonable, and the food is very good! We love the bbq ribs at dinnertime!

We also like to relax in Crocket's Tavern next door after dinner. Or, there are also rocking chairs on the front porch where we like to sit and watch people go by!

I don't think PS is absolutely necessary at Trails End, but it doesn't hurt to call just in case.
When we were there they had the same fried chicken as next door in Hoop Dee Doo... DELICIOUS!!

PSs for the Trails End are not required.

We've never made a PS for Trails End and have never waited more than 10 minutes for a table. I love this restaurant for the food and atmosphere and the fried chicken is delicious! Enjoy!!!

At least as of last year at this time, I don't believe Trail's End takes PS's. You just show up. We've never waited long and you can sit on the porch to wait! Our favorite restaurant at WDW.

We will be there the same time as you and this is our favorite time of the year. You will have no problems getting in. We eat there a lot because many times we have had the place pretty much to ourselves.
We like to time it to finish dinner in time to walk out and watch the musical show on the water.
