Does anyone know the best way to get from Fort Wilderness to Animal Kingdom?
I thinking fastest way. I am thinking about breakfast @ Trails End. If it's too much of a pain let me know, we'll do lunch @ AK instead. TY in advance.

I'm thinking bus from Settlement to Outpost, then transfer to AK bus. With wait time, 45-60 mins?

Like the PP, I think the bus from Settlement to Outpost to AK is probably the best bet. The other option I would consider would be if the WL bus is at the Settlement taking that to WL and then taking a bus from there to AK. I would only consider the WL option if the bus was there when I came out of TE.

The boat or walking from Outpost at FW to WL or taking the boat to CR or MK would be too time consuming when also needing to take a bus to AK.
