My wife and I recently bought a travel trailer. It's fairly small, less than 20 feet long. If we took it on a cross country trip, could we stop and stay at various DVC resorts? I am pretty sure there are places in WDW where you could drop a trailer if you were staying at a resort, but does Hilton Head have someplace? Or Vero Beach?

disney use to allow OKW - but don't think they do any longer - then it was PO - but again pretty sure that is out too,

I'd check with the resort directly. IIRC smaller RV's are permitted at all DVC resorts that I've seen the info on but longer ones (forget the cutoff) are not. I presume that trailers are not officially allowed at the resorts. Available lots tend to be BWV secondary lot, PO, VWL has a lot one could use and AKV was hit or miss but not under the building. For HH it was the mall parking lot the last info I saw. But it's going to be an evolving issue with no officially specific answer that allows parking. Call the DVC HH resort directly and ask them.

I know at AKV Kidani Village there are outdoor parking spaces that work for RVs. They are limited in number. I think most of the resorts have larger parking spaces, usually further away from the main resort though. i would write DVC Member Satisfaction to get the oversized parking information for the resort(s) you are considering staying at.
