Trail from Poly to Magic Kingdom

What is the name of the trail from the Poly Resort to the Magic Kingdom?? The monorail voice always mentions it...

There is no trail that goes from the Polynesian to the Magic Kingdom but the path from the Polynesian to the GF as well as the paths near the MK, Contemporary and the TTC with the engraved bricks is called the Walk Around the World.
