If she I’d flying domestically, pick up is generally scheduled for 3 hours prior to take off. However, it can vary based on the number of stops your DME bus needs to make at other resorts.

Yes, 3 hours but rounded to the nearest time that they can make it work on their route. Sometimes that means more like 3 1/2-4 hours before the flight. Just to be safe I wouldn't plan on anything with her after 4pm.

We call it The Sad Bus or The Library Bus(NOBODY talks-everybody is exhausted and sleeps!).:)

And just when you think you can't be anymore sad, here comes Mickey and the gang singing the Mickey Mouse Club Alma Mater!!!!:)

About three hours prior to flight deparure, give or take 15 minutes. Passengers are advised and expected to be ready and waiting 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup. Yeah, like Hi Pluto said, she should head back to the hotel around 4 PM.

PLease tell your Aunt that if the bus is scheduled for 5:15 she needs to be waiting 10 to 15 minutes prior. The time is the scheduled departure, not arrival of Tragical Express.

Yes! they sing the Mickey Mouse Club song so sadly. It depresses me every time

I cry every time they sing that dang song. The bus is approaching the airport and the Alma Mater is played, vacation is truly over.
I joked on another Thread that Disney was going to have a Doctor at each Disney Skyliner Station prescribing Mickey-shaped Valium to Guests who request it.:)

I think I will email Disney and tell them if they insist on playing the Alama Mater on arrival at OIA,they should provide appropriate medication for their Guests!lol:)

I know at that point I am far as I am going to be from my next Disney trip. But, on the plus side, every minute that passes means I'm one minute closer to returning. I just don't always know when that will be
