We plan to head for DL from Escondido on Sunday morning. Shoudl we expect heavy traffic?
We will be leaving DL to go back that Tuesday night. How is traffic typically later in the evening?

There shouldn't be any traffic on Sunday morning--the earlier you leave the less traffic you have to deal with.

As for Tuesday evening, it depends on what you mean by evening. If you're talking about 6 or 7pm, than it's still rush hour so expect a lot of traffic. If you're talking 10 or 11pm, you should be OK or you might find pockets of slowing, but not too bad.

THanks! We'll be leaving after we are done inthe parks, so I guess we'll hit it pretty good by then!
