Traffic, What are your thoughts?

Driving from DC to Sanford, FL on day one. Day two Sanford to AKL. On a Sunday morning around 9:00 am, would it be alright to stay on I-4 or should we go around the north and come in the Western Way entrance. It is about 15 min longer but not sure about traffic on the I-4 on a Sunday in Aug.

At 9am on a Sunday morning everyone is still asleep. I-4 will be empty and you should have no problems from Sanford to WDW.
