OH good gravy! I'm gonna have to print this off and go step by step pulling all this so I don't forget it! I'm gonna premake a 4th of July page! :)

Got ideas agoing! Great challenge!!!

Whew! I was trying to sketch and get it to work... You are working w/ a blonde so don't worry about it!

Ok, so I need to have 4 different papers (either 4 solid, 4 pattern or combo to equal 4)
than I need to have 4 elements of my choice as long as it is 4...

must have 4 photos..

right?

I think I can do this one! Can one page count for two challenges? (There's a pagemap challenge with 4 patterned papers too.)

It's ok with me if it ok with disneydarling!

Funny I always read these for inspiration and I think i can actually play I am working on a layout now. I have before reading this 4 different types of paper, 4 pictures and 4 elements. I just havent' glued it down....So let me look at it and see if I can add some of the other items!

This will be a challenge! I'll have to see if I can find 4 papers that coordinate. Good challenge!

From what you are describing; you already have met all the requirements!!! :)

When I asked for clarification she told me that it is 4 papers, 4 photos, 4 elements (either 4 brads, 4 buttons, 4 ribbons, 4 mix/match)...so it sounds like you are all ready to go!:hippie:

I love the rolled paper frame!!! How did you do that?

Thanks! I got the idea from watching my DH open a gift. You know how when you pull back the paper and slowly reveal the present? I wanted to incorporate that into my page ....

Anyway here's how ...

The paper is two sided - red on one side, blue w/red dots on the other. I made a small X shape with an exacto knife where I wanted the middle of the picture to be. I adhered the picture to the back of the page and slowly began tearing in sections. Once I unvieled the picture, I rolled the edges and pressed them flat.

I LOVED the way it turned out! It's exactly what I was hoping for! :cutie:

If you want me to take a cloe up picture of it, I can - that way you can see the detail a bit better. :thumbsup2

That's amazing - I didn't know it was the same piece of paper, I thought you glued down little scraps - this is even cooler.

....I may scraplift that, if it's okay? I think it would look really cool on a page I have in mind. And if you could, a closer detail image would be great. Thank you!

Problem is, I'm really bad at tearing paper how I want it to go... I think I may need to start practicing before I attempt this... :rotfl:

I love that picture frame too! I might have to crap-lift that idea to use for chirtmas present pages. :goodvibes

Great Job! :thumbsup2

I'm sorry, but I :lmao:'ed when I read that.... it's awful what changing or dropping one letter can do to do you sometimes.... I know.

I once wrote a recipe and wrote "cut lines" instead of "limes", and it made it sound like something about drugs.... :scared:

Good thing your mom and tinkerbean are there to keep an eye on you! :):hippie:
Isn't it amazing how an innocent typo can lead to a path of destruction! LOL
Lisa earlier last week wrote about a potta-potty @ BAMB's house for a party.. I read it as a POT party... I was like OH MY! They have alot of explaining to do! I had to read it 2 more times before it hit me it was a PORT-A-Potty!!:cool2::flower3:
