No, you can't trade up from CS to TS.

That's right. CS and TS are tracked separately. The only thing you can do is use 2 TS for signature meals. Sorry!

Could you use 2 counter service credits for 1 table service meal? Will probably have leftover counter service credits due to Food and Wine Festival.
I'm thinking probably not, but I'm ever hopeful!!!!
