Okay, I need help. If I do the 7 for 5 deal, then decide instead that I want to go ahead and buy an AP, can I trade in my Unlimited Ticket toward that? Since I paid for 5 days, but it shows 7 days, will the cost difference be from the price of the 5 day or the price of the 7 day?

The 7 for 5 deal is a package. You will not be allowed to trade in the UPH for an AP or PAP. Sorry.

Carol is correct. Any ticket media that is part of a standard Disney package cannot be changed, altered, or upgraded.

A couple of similar (and possibly silly questions) - I bought 5-day PHP passes - from Ticketmania (at Mousesaver discount) will they upgrade from the gate price ($300.34) even though I only paid $260? Also, if you use a day or two, do they deduct those days from the upgrade price - or do they count the full amount of the ticket as the upgrade?

Thanks! :)

No such thing as a silly question when you don't know the answer.

You will only get credit for the wholesale value of the ticket that Disney charged Ticketmania. You will not get credit for any profit margin added by Ticketmania.

Also, if you use a day or two, do they deduct those days from the upgrade price - or do they count the full amount of the ticket as the upgrade?

I'm assuming you are talking about upgrading to AP's. It depends on when you do the upgrade. If it's within seven days of the first use of the PHP, you will get the full allowable credit and your AP will be back dated to the date you used your first admission. If you do the transaction after the seven day window, your PHP will be pro-rated and you will get dollar credit for the remaining unused major park admissions towards the price of the AP.

A word of caution: If you do the upgrade within the first 7 days and you have used ANY of the plus options, you will only be able to upgrade to a PAP, not to an AP. After the seven day window, you can get a regular AP if you wanted since it's no longer an upgrade but a dollar credit transaction.

Thanks! :)

You are welcome. :wave2:
