No. The Tomorrowland 8/9 pin is an orange pin with a rocket.

The motorboat pin is part of a retro pin series of Tomorrowland attractions:
Submarine
Motorboat
Skyway
Peoplemover
Flying Saucer

Those are numbered 1/5, 2/5, 3/5, 4/5, 5/5. Just like the Everest pin
series was numbered, if that helps.

FYI, the Submarine pin and Tomorrowland 8/9 (orange rocket) pin are
nearly as rare equally. The rest of the pins above are not.
