If anyone is looking to trade time for a relaxing summer week or is a skiier I highly suggest the Ridge at South Lake Tahoe Nevada I am a recent owner in the dvc but my dad has been in it for 10+ years and it is absolutely gorgeous along with spectacular views and great skiing they also have casinos a short distance away. The condos are absolute first class and if you go don't miss the Sunday bruch it is the best I have ever had.
