She's definitely Mindy Paige Davis Page. I know she did music videos, so I'm going to guess that she was also in Karaoke videos.

Yep, her first name is Mindy. I was reading that when she auditioned for the host on TS, they asked her if Mindy was short for a more mature sounding name. So, she just dropped it and goes by Paige. I also read that she is keeping "Davis" as her last name since her husband's last name is Page, as many of you have said.
