trading reservations

Hi,
I'm not sure if this is doable.
We are on a wait list for 3 more days in Oct - are booked for 6 - another DVC member has contacted me and said that she will be cancelling her time in Oct which are the days I am looking for. Will member services let us do trade this reservation from her to me?

If you mean she'll call up and say she's cancelling but wants you to have her reservation and then MS just applies your points. Nope, you can't do that. It would be like "cutting" the line. I guess you could make a private arrangement with this person but that would be a rental and would not involve MS. You also would be using her points and going as her "guest", not using your own points.
