Trading pins

I am looking for Disney trading pins on eBay. I have read a lot about "scrappers". How will I know if they are scrappers? Will I only know after I receive them? How?

If you do a search on here a thread will come up that has a list of sellers who are trust worthy and ones that knowingly sell scrapers. My nephew used it to get a lot on eBay with no scrapers.

Read the reviews on the seller and also check on the collector area in the community section of the Dis. I have had good luck so far. Once we got a few bad pins but overall we have gotten great CM pins to trade.
