Yes to both questions. Both are done by phone to DVC Members Services. The phone number to DVC Member Services will be on your confirmation from RCI. Look closely for a number ending -9800.

Ok. I will tell her. She told me she wasn't sure who to call. I wasn't sure if she would have access to member services since she isn't a member. Thanks for your help. She is looking now.
