Trading Cruise Dates Possible?

I was so excited that I was able to book a cruise for Saturday, November the 8th on only my 2nd day to call. Now I have a slight problem. I found out after I booked the cruise that our friends who will be arriving the same day as we are, will be leaving on the day of the cruise. It would be really nice if we could get another night earlier in the week so we could share with them. So I really have 2 questions...

1) Is it possible to trade cruise dates with someone?

AND......

2) Is there anyone out there with a cruise on November 2nd through 7th who would like to trade for a Wonderful Saturday Night Cruise?????
