How did you find out about the pants not being rereleased? This is shocking and not so good news to hear

It's what I was told was said by my sister who was in a staff room and asked, however even just by looking at the list you can see that while the other costumes say outfit or suit these only say cowboy vests. Also a lot of people on another board I visit also agree that these are not coming back out. So that is as much info as I know.
