Trading Cards

After looking at the online Navigators, I noticed some events still offer Trading Cards. Can you only get Trading Cards at these events? We were on the Magic a couple years ago and the kids could ask CMs for cards.

Our daughter was able to get quite a few, even some extras, which we traded to almost complete her collection. Are there new cards? I haven't noticed any posts about Trading Cards. She would like to collect any new ones and maybe do some trading.

I was on the Wonder in mid-Nov (2003) and asked about getting trading cards and they didn't seem to have any for anything. So what is anyone else's experience/ Are they still dong trading cards? How does one get them?
