people said there were only 100 of these pins out there, but they were from the Hula's Trade Room on Sunday. (yesterday) Now the room was open for 3 hours as the calender says and 100 pins would go fast and definely more than that would be given out in 3 hours. most likely maybe a certain amount are given each trading event room the host's have, but you have to take into consideration that there is a Trading Room everyday weekend so far in May... i do not know what to believe... With sometimes over 5,000 members on VMK on the weekends i can highly doubt vmk only trading 100 of those pins to people....

correct. just to reiterate, the information button revealed that there were only 100 of these pins to be traded for in hula's room on sunday. it is also correct that the room was open for only 3 hours, but in order to trade for the 1963 tiki room pin you had to spin a homerun or a triple--which is pure luck.

so not only was it difficult to get into the room itself (and not d/c) but you then had to spin a homerun/triple and then you could trade for that particular pin.

While it is true that the pin was given out for three hours, remember that you had to get a triple or a homerun on the predictometer to get it. So three out of five people who made it in the room would have not been able to trade for that pin.

Statistically, that is about 72 minutes of trading for the Tiki Room pin and the the whole event was a little slower than normal becuase of the learning curve involved with the new format and the additional step of spinning the predictometer. I think it's very possible she didn't make it through 100 pins or ran out very close to the end of the event.

I'm more interested to know if the 100 limit was for the entire baseball theme month or if there is 100 available at every Major League Trading Event.There is a rumor over on VMK Forums that each event will feature the WDW Tiki Room from a diffeerent park. This first one was Disneyland. Any way that it shakes out this is going to be a very rare pin.
