Trading 1 ts credit for 2 cs credits??

During the free dining promotion in the past, I think I remember that guests were permitted to exchange one ts meal for 2 cs meals. I think that there was another perk to the deal, like a free lanyard or something.

Exactly how did that work? Did you just have to tell the cs person at any location to do a conversion, or do you go to guest services to fix your card with one less ts service and 2 extra cs?

From personal experience last year, we were only able to convert our ts into 1 cs each. We just got a CS to go at our resort before the bus came.

We were not on free dining though.

I was able to trade in a TS meal for a CS and 2 snack credits. It was not planned and was not a good deal..

It was 1 ts for 1 cs and a poster,
1 ts for 2 cs would be closer to a fair swap
