Does anyone know which drinks make the special effects happen at Trader Sam's?

yes the $52 is for the drink and the souvenir mug. Without the mug the drink is about $30 and it is intended for two persons.

Only one of these is $52, the Nautlius, which comes with a very large piece of glassware. The drink is also meant for two.

When you look at the prices of drinks without glassware, they're mostly in the $10 range which is pretty standard for a vacation destination.
