Trader Sam's wait times?

Hi all! My friend and I hope to visit Trader Sam's in two weeks, and I was wondering what the best strategy to get in is. We want to go Sun, Jan 17, which is MLK weekend. If we want to be seated at opening, how early should we get in line?

TIA for any tips on getting in efficiently!

This is from a few months ago, but when we were there if you showed up 30 minutes before opening you could definitely make it in and most likely get a seat.

We went about 9 on a Wednesday in November and had no wait.

We got there about 10 minutes early in September and did not make it inside. We ended up siting outside instead. If you are set on getting in at open then shoot for 30 minutes early to be on the safe side

Don't mean to hijack the thread. Are people camping out? Is it taking a long time to get inside, if you don't get in at opening? We might not get there until about 4:30pm on a Wednesday in mid-March, not Easter week.

We walked up around 8 or 830 on a weeknight and got a table. It was in October. Our table was large enough we asked another party of 2 if they wanted to join us. Definitely worth going over, and since it's a Sunday it may be easier to get in.

Trader Sam's was on my list for our trip in early December. DS and and I arrived about 30 minutes after opening. Of course, no tables were open and we were given the blinky square to notify us when seating became available. DS and I took the opportunity to walk around the Poly and take in the Christmas decorations. 20 minutes later we lit up like the tree in the lobby. I really liked the smallness and everywhere you looked there was something fun to see. We had such a good time...met up with a CM friend of my son's. We went away with souvenir glasses and a big smiles!
