I haven't been able to find an answer to this, so I'll ask here.

Are Trader Sam's mugs dishwasher safe?

That's a good question. I have only hand washed the one I have. I actually don't even use it for drinking, I have it on a display shelf. You should ask the Trader Sam's staff, if you'll be in over there soon. I would guess they would be dishwasher safe since I can't really see a busy place like that hand washing their glasses.

I don't know which one you have OP, but if it is ceramic and glazed, normally they are not microwave and dishwasher safe.

I don't believe they are. We have always hand washed ours.

we have 3 and they're all ceramic and glazed.

looks like we'll just hand wash to be safe! we'll probably mainly use them for display, but have ideas for tiki-themed parties where we'll use them to hold tropical concoctions.

We have the glass ones and they are dishwasher safe.
