Trade WDW pins at DL?

My DD8 just got into pin trading, and did alot of trading at WDW last week. WE are going to DL for the first time in May; should she plan to bring her pins and trade those at DL, or should she purchase and keep DL pins separate? Are the pins purchased at WDW considered "WDW only"?

As far as I know,you should be able to trade WDW pins for DL pins just fine.

I've traded (and traded for) pins for WDW at DL. Sometime you'll even find WDW pins on cast member lanyards in DL. It should not be a problem.

I found DL CMs very receptive to WDW pins. They were glad to get something different.

I hope this works for DL pins at WDW also...I went to a temporary local "Disneyland Outlet Store" and bought about 10 pins for $1.99 each with the idea that DD could trade them at WDW in April...

Absolutely you can trade Disneyland pins at Disney World. The Cast Members are thrilled to get something different.

I would like to mentione that fellow guests are usually thrilled to get other Disney parks' pins as well... WDW at DL, DL at WDW, etc.

I found that my pins from Disneyland were in higher demand in WDW by the pro pin traders outside the pin store in DTD. As a matter of fact, those were the only ones I was able to trade with them. This may have just been a fluke and had more to do with the individual pins, I don't know. CMs accepted WDW/DL and HKDL pins from all over WDW though .

I'm by no means an expert, I just like pins that represent rides or attractions, so I trade for as many of those that I can and buy ones to trade inexpensively from ebay in advance of any trip.
