Hi,
I am new to this so please be patient with me.
I am looking for someone(s) who would be interested in a trade for April of 2007. I know this is before your booking windows, but I would like to make arrangements as soon as possible so that the opportunity is not missed. I am looking for a 2 bedroom at any of the on property DVC resorts (I stayed at OKW last time and loved it!) for 4-10-07 to 4-26-07. I am willing to split the stay/trade between two resorts and owners. Even a week long portion of this time would be truly wonderful - point trade would adjust accordingly and is negoitable.
Now for what I have to trade. . .
Okay it is not DVC, but I own in the World Mark system, which is an II tradeable group. We have resorts in Hawaii (4 resorts on 3 islands), Australia (10 resorts), New Zealand, Fiji, Canada, Mexico, and lots in the US. (For a full list of resorts please refer to worldmarktheclub under resort gallery.) I am willing to trade 24,000+ points, for the DVC time. With World Mark I can book the vacation up to 13 mos. in advance. 24,000 credits can go a long way depending on where and when you want to stay, it will definitely cover 2 weeks in a 2 bedroom in Hawaii. (Yes, I would be willing to make multiple bookings as long as I can stay within World Mark guidelines -- red week must be booked as 7 day stay, or more, unless under 60 day window when originally booked)
I am basically a stay-at-home mom (worked for Disney Stores for almost 12 years). My husband works for the Sheriff's Dept., and we have 2 children. I am looking at a 2 bedroom because my sister and brother-in-law (also stable, law-abiding citizens) may be coming, too. I would know before you would need to book whether I needed a 2 or 1 bedroom, or maybe just a studio(s).
I am hoping to convince the husband to go to the SSR presentation while we are there. I would love to own DVC, but I would definitely try the re-sale board first.
