We would like to trade a stay at the Maui Banyan for 310 points, enough to stay in a 1 BR at BWV or BCV from 10/10/05 to 10/21/05.
We own a 2 BR condo at this low rise, family friendly condominium complex in sunny south Maui.
Across the street from Kamaole Beach Park II, it also has a spacious lanai from which to enjoy the partial ocean view. Accommodations include a king bed, two doubles and a double sofabed. Daily maid service is included.

For 310 points, we would swap 11 nights in our Maui condo during 06/10/2005 - 08/22/2005 or any part of Thanksgiving week 2005 or 14 nights during any other period it is available in 2005. Our condo is not available 4/27/05 to 5/12/05 or 12/22/05 to 1/2/06.
If you want to stay in Maui fewer nights, we could also a combine an exchange with a cash payment for the points we need.
