Tracking the room block...

Is there anyway for us to track and see if anyone has reserved their rooms yet? I'm really just curious to see if anyone has booked yet

did they assign someone to monitor your block? That person will send you updates periodically on who has booked so far.

If you don't get any updates, you can always call your Sales Consultant or his/her assistant and find out how it's going.

You should have someone assigned to your wedding who is keeping track of that. I had Jason, who at monthly intervals, and then every week the last month leading to the wedding, sent me a status update and the spreadsheet of who had reserved rooms and where.

Thank you! That's definitely something I will be doing. The room block is one of my biggest headaches.

We had Jessica and in our case we received an introductory e-mail at 6 months with an Alpha Report of guests who have booked and a Group Block report outlining room availability in your room block.

We received reports at 6 months, 4 months, 3 months, 6 weeks, 4 weeks and 10 days prior to the event.
