Tracking Specials - Hotels

Is anyone familiar with a way to get notifications on a particular hotel has specials.

I just booked Marriott Grande Vista for May 25th, 2012 for 7 nights. Are there search engines out there for hotels that will notify you when a certain property runs a special, so I can make sure and grab the lower rate? I normally don't book out this far so this is new to me.

Have you signed up for Marriott Rewards? They send me emails w/ specials all the time. Sometimes the special is for MR members only.
