Tracking dining credits in MDE

I don’t have the dining plan icon in MDE under my resort reservation like I should and can’t see my dining credits. Has anyone else run into this and fixed it? I also can’t see the magic bands icon. No one here seems to have a clue why. Before I invest half an hour on the phone....

Are you there now? Your dining credits don't show up until you check in at WDW.

Yes we are. We solved it, kind of. We are on the Incredible summer package and there is a glitch that it isn’t showing up for some people on discount packages.
