So do you do this...we have done it for 15 years with our boys. Even though they no longer believe we still track him and it is fun...here is the link....the countdown has started already....:santa:

http://www.noradsanta.org/en/home.html at the bottom of the NORAD page there is a link to DL Google Earth..it is free and safe...you will need to do a 2 second DL to track Santa in 3D....

it is a great way to get the kids off to bed on time...we would show them that he is soon to be in Ca. and they have to go to bed...it always worked. And they would get so excited. You can track him and they will also show you a video of each country and state they travel through in addition to a map that has red dots of where he was already. By the time they are heading to Ca. there are red Dots all over hte map. You can also click on the dots and they will play a video of Santa going through that area...here is a you tube of last years..part of it anyway...

This is fun, we do this every year too:thumbsup2

yes it is fun and makes me feel like a little kid again....kinda like how Disney does...

Thanks. DS5 is going to love this:santa:

:yay: Santa's been busy!

I just wish they had made a Santa that looked more realistic than animated.

We are tracking him! My two younger kids are waiting to see if he goes to Amsterdam where their older sister is spending Christmas. Keep your fingers crossed he'll get there :) .

He's almost with us :goodvibes

Shame the little one in our house is too young to really understand, and we're too old :P Still good fun.

DD (7) sent them an e-mail earlier today and got a response within minutes. We have been checking.

The e-mail was very cute and told her that she had to be asleep for Santa to come her house.

She is very excited to go to sleep on time!

Thanks for that link! DGD just asked me where we could track him!! :thumbsup2

its very late and Santa has come and gone here in San Diego. I am still up doing last minute mom things and am heading to bed after I brush my teeth.

Santa is in Alaska at this time. Don't forget next year because NORAD has been tracking Santa for many many years. Merry Christmas everyone and good night.
