that does not connect me to India? I am so fed up with tracfone every singel time I try to add minutes to either my son;s phone or mine I end up calling tracfone which connects me to some one in India at least I think it is India from what I have heard. I have been on the phone several times now trying to add minutes to no avail each time they tell me that it is all set and now it has gone past the time for renewal and I have lost over 1300 minutes. I am not happy. I have avaoided getting in to a typical cell phone plan because I do not use the cell that often but I tell you after having years of issues with tracfone I have about had it. Anyone got a # that can get me customer service in the US rather than to some outsourced ware house overseas?

Sorry that you are having trouble with Tracfone. Have you considered emailing them? I've added minutes online the past few times I've needed to extend my phone so I'm not sure what number to call. Good luck!

I usually add the minutes through their website or directly from my phone. had to call them once at the # listed on the website and I spoke to someone with a regular "American" accent so it must be luck of the draw as to where your call gets routed.

800-876-5753. It is their headquarters. FYI, it also works for NET10 since they are a Tracfone company.
