tracfone code missing

I bought new tracfone but before I activate it, it said if I add the double min year card and use coupon #13 I will receive an extra 100 mins. Only problem, there was no coupon book in the box. anyone have any ideas how I can get coupon #13? Also I refered myself so this would be doublely great.

The Tracfone Calendar has that same deal for November. The promotional code is 54114 and expires November 30.

If you want to wait and activate the phone beginning December 1st, the promotion is to get 50 bonus minutes with the purchase and addition of a 200 minute airtime or greater, and that code is 53600.
