food yesterday
b/fast - croissant
snack - hot choc drink
lunch - mexican chk salad, yogurt
dinner - pasta bolognaise, with a LARGE piece of jalepeno bread
No gym had to stay at work for a meeting
Today (Thursday)
b/fast - croissant
snack - nothing - no time!
lunch - soya & linseed bread sandwich, yogurt, banana
dinner - low carb pizza base made with fatigas, topped with red onion, m/rooms, red peppers, cheese & ham
Went to gym
I jogged for 10 mins solid on the tm
my longest yet -
i walked 2mins, jogged 10 mins, walked 2 mins & jogged last 2 mins
Tracey & Amy - thanks for the well wishes for my friend & her DD - not her son - her daughter
Tom is due this weekend, so not got high hopes for the scale, i have resisted chocolate & cake all week again, treating myself tomorrow
