Hi Tracey,

Sorry I have been MIA lately....crazy busy here!

I am like you on the planning for WDW...I drive DH nuts. Every night I come home and tell him something else we can do or change or something. I order the WDW planning DVD a few weeks ago, it arrived earlier this week and I made DH watch it with me. He actually fell asleep during the middle, but I didn't care. I continued to watch it without him!!!

You are doing a great job and that scale will start to move down here in no time!! Keep it up!!

Have a great day :)

Hi Tracey, sorry about the gender mix up with your friend's DAUGHTER! I hope things are improving for them. Your food looks really good and that is great you are able to jog ten minutes at a time. What an accomplishment! :thumbsup2 Enjoy your splurge with the chocolate and cake, you have earned it and its good to splurge and treat yourself sometimes. Hope TOM is short and sweet! Have a great weekend!

Amy - dont worry about the mix up, i'm mixed up all the time!!!! TOM is usually short but not sweet ;)

Tracey, I think your treat should be Chocolate Cake!!!! :rolleyes1

Can you tell I'm craving chocolate????

10 minutes jogging on a treadmill is WONDERFUL in my books. I don't think I'd survive!!!!

Have a great weekend!

Hi Tracey,

I'm sorry about the gender mix-up with your friend's daughter too. I'd blame it on the alcohol, but I wasn't even drinking!:rotfl:

I hope you have a great weekend. :cool1: Thanks for your support and encouragement.

Well my American Idol night was a bit of a let down :sad1:

I had my fish & chips & chocolate.
Then TOM decided to kick in, TOM for me starts with very very very bad stomach cramps, & last night i had them, took medication (DR prescribed for the pain) & it numbed it a little from excruciating & wanting to throw up to excruciating without wanting to throw up!!!
On top of that my mood just switched from happy its friday to i hate everyone & everything - DD & DH suffered this.
So by the time i went to bed i had upset DD, & DH & i wernt speaking!!!
Woken up at 6.30 am by pain killers wearing off in the night, stomach cramps still here with avengence & i feel like *!!*%! :sad2:

Its gonna be a fun weekend!

Tom has settled down now, i cant believe the weekends over already!! Where did it go???
2 more weeks to go & then we break up for Easter for 2 weeks :thumbsup2
Hope everyone had a good weekend

Tracy -- :woohoo: on the 13 minutes jogging!!!! :yay: :cheer2: You must be so proud of yourself! And right after suffering terrible TOM tummy troubles, too! Great job, sweetie! Did it feel great? Doesn't it make you feel like you could accomplish anything you set your mind and effort to?

Now that you are running more, you definitely should try to stop by a running store and ask them to check out the shoes you are running in. If they aren't providing enough support, you could end up with all sorts of muscle pains and strains. And we don't want all your efforts to be derailed.

Great job on the food choices, too! You are doing an amazing job of resisting all sorts of temptations! :thumbsup2

Thank you so much for your support in my journal, even when I am lax! ;)

Sounds like the weekend and TOM improved. Dh and dd will forgive you for your menstrual behavior! Soon, dd will be able to run a good offense all her own on that one God help her! And I see you got your cherry pie ;) . Hope you enjoyed every bite of it! I agree, where did the weekend go? Glad you are feeling better!

Glad TOM is easing a bit! Must be MISERABLE for you!

13 minutes running - WOW!!! You are a GODDESS!!!!

Happy Mother's Day!

Cherry Pie - YUM!!!!

Have a great week - 2 more weeks til a BREAK!!! YEAH!!!!!:woohoo:

Glad you're feeling better, Tracey.:goodvibes TOM can be a real pain!:headache:

Your workouts are awesome! Great job on 13 minutes of running!:yay:

Two more weeks until Easter.... Woohoo!:woohoo:

Have a great week!:cool1:

Hi Tracey,

I am a day late, but Happy Mothers Day!!! When I first saw that I thought you had gone a little crazy. Then I kept reading and you explained that it was Mothers Day in UK! Made more sense to me!!!

Sorry to hear of the TOM troubles, I am sure that DH and DD will forgive you.

Ya DH is the one that was all about Disney when I met him 12 years ago and now it's me. I loved Disney, but not like I do now, and he just lets me plan away. He goes with anything for the most part!!! He says that he has been to WDW enough that he does not need to watch it on TV...not sure why!!!

Keep up the good work! You are doing great!

Have a great day :)

:grouphug: Thanks everyone, you really brighten my day...or should i say night!!!

Dh is out gritting he could be out all night, we have severe weather warnings for blizzards & arctic blasts that look like there gonna last all week :(
Its always the weeks DH is on call :confused3

TOM is now putting me through my depressed phase! Hopfully it wont last too long!

Went to gym again :cool1:
TM - 2 mins walk, 10 mins jog, 2 mins walk, 2 mins fast jog/run :woohoo:
ran 1.74 km can anyone convert that???

food today
b/fast - croissant
snack - none too busy!
lunch - cheese & ham roll, mini pork pie, strawberries, yogurt
dinner - chk fatigas (SP?)

So when do you guys have mothers day?

Jamie - Dh & DD did forgive me, but then DD & i had another round, but she forgave me again, although i think that may just have been pre-teen stuff - room a mess, attitude & me having no patience!!!

Tracy - Thnakyou wish sis

Julie - thanks i'm no goddess though :) perhaps a goddess in training ;)

Amy - i'm dreading DD reaching TOM stage, if shes anything like me it will be a war zone in our house!!!

Cam - i must admit the exercise helped ease the TOM pains, its just harder to make the effort!! I will definatly check out my running shoes (after pay day ;))

Computer keeps playing up, so if i dissapear in the next few days, you'll no why

OOhhh computer blacked out for a few seconds just as i typed that last line!!!
Off to try & find the tv remote!
I'm sure DH hides it on purpose cos hes had to go to work!!
Have a great week everyone :)

http://www.taylormade.com.au/billspages/conversion_table.html

Is one of my favorite sites for conversion of all sorts of metric to US things.

1.74 KM = 1.081185874492961 miles (ok, how about 1.08?!?!)

Mothers Day here is the 2nd Sunday in May - 13th this year.

DD & I keep going round & round - definitely a teen girl thing. Over silly things really, but she takes them WAY too seriously. Also a definite Hormone/PMS thing. Believe me, dearie, you've only just begun!

Sorry your weather STINKS! We set record highs over the weekend, but are cooling off some now (72 out). Most of the snow is off the mountain I see from my house (about 30 min away). Hopefully we will get a bit of rain out of this front, but not Tues or Wed when I need to be outdoors on campus.

I think I'm getting the mood & the depression of TOM w/o actually having TOM. Not really much fun, either! Glad you're beginning to feel a bit better.

Hope Gary doesn't have to spend tons of time out Gritting - unless he is getting paid REALLY REALLY well for the overtime (more Disney Money, Right??)

Stay warm!

Tracey, our Mother's Day is the second Sunday in May. I am so sorry your weather stinks, hopefully spring will come soon? Sorry you are depressed, don't know which is worse, the physical misery or the emotional toil TOM takes each month. Ain't bein a woman grand? Feel better soon! And I hope you found the remote :happytv: !

I'm sorry to hear about the weather out there. Was Gary out all night griting?

I hope you are feelling better today. TOM can do such a number on us each month. :( I say we kick TOM out!:rotfl:

Hope you found the remote! ;)

Hope you're staying warm, Tracey! And that Gary is home long enough to at least tell you where he hid the remote.

Have a GREAT Wednesday!

You know, I tried something I never should have tried on the flight back from Germany on BA. It was scones with jam and clotted cream. I thought I'd died and went to heaven! :cloud9: And you are right, your scones are our biscuits. I think I would weigh 400lbs if I ate those for tea every day!!

I hope TOM has left you alone by now, it's always the meanest to the nicest women, right???

You are doing great with increasing your jogging time. That right there proves you are in better shape, no matter what the scale says. Keep it up! :yay:
