Thank you so much. I've only gone twice, once when Hogsmeade opened and once when Diagon Alley opened. Now I've talked my friend into going 2 days next time.

I took the pictures from the Flight of the Hippogriff. What P&S do you have? the first time I went to US (in 2010) I used just my Canon G11. It was decent, but not the same as my big camera. At that point I had a Canon T1i. I didn't bother taking my big one because I would have had to use the lockers. I brought a three prong 'fanny pack' and I had pockets with buttons, so I kept everything on me that I needed and did my shopping near the end of my day. I was alone. This time I had my sister, who wouldn't ride the rides that needed lockers anyways, so I either left it with her, or gave it to her when she left the line.

Oooh... next time I might do that! I didn't have my camera with me when I did Dueling Dragons.

The last time I'd been through, I had only brought my point and shoot. It was a decent point and shoot, but I was a little excited to see this line with my DSLR in hand! It's still dark, and hard to get the shots, but they came out decent enough. One day I might go full frame and we'll see what more I can do.

I couldn't quite your message on mobile. I have a canon S100. I'm pretty happy with it! I use both interchangeably I love my 60D, and I have a nifty fifty lens I can use if need be to lighten the load.
