Mine in East TN does. I even got them to match prices last year on the day after Thanksgiving. They wouldn't match prices of other stores "doorbuster" sales (the ones for a specified time only, like 6-11am), but they would on other stores sale prices. I did have to have the other stores flier with me though.

I called my yesterday (Orland Park, Illinois) and they said they do not price match. They just lost some business.

Last year when I went they did price match. Not at the registers though. I had to go to customer service. They also called each store to see if they had the item in stock and would only give me a credit for those. I also had a coupon for I believe it was $25 off $150 or more and they price matched the prices after the coupon amount was deducted off. Needless to say, the extra 30-45 minutes was not worth the $20 I ended up saving in the end.
I'm not surprised that they have done away with it. I know I will be bargain shopping this year so they will loose plenty on me this time around.

I found this out a couple of months ago when I walked in with a Media Play ad. I was told by the store manager that the Toys R Us chain, nationwide, stopped price matching of any sort. I was very upset...I always bought whatever I could @ TRU, not anymore..

Just recently our Toys R Us stopped matching prices. They said it was a company wide policy change. I really miss it.
