Toys R Us Price match question

I noticed on TRU's christmas wish book that they said they will meet any competitors price, including interent retailers. Anyone ever done this? Amazon has the crayola marker maker for $14 and they have it for $20, anyone ever go with an print out from amazon, or do you show them your phone? Just wonder what I would need the paper or is phone fine?

I haven't done it with Toys r Us, but I went to Target on Tuesday and bought some Legos. They were cheaper on Target's website than the store I told them and they checked on their mini iPad. I would guess Toys R Us would be the same. Just take your phone just in case or call your local store to see what you need to bring.

Target just told me that they have to be able to find it online and that you still get an additional 5 % with red card!! They are encouraging it!

I know I had them price match something awhile ago - I think it was from their own website. They seemed reluctant to do it, but when I said fine, I wouldn't take the item, they relented. This was probably last Xmas now that I think about it because it was enough trouble for me not to shop there anymore.

I just showed them my phone at check out for each item that needed adjusting.
