Toy's R Us Board Game Sale...

When does it start? Isn't it sometime in the fall? I have never participated in the sale. This year I plan to give board games as Christmas gifts to my sibs. I want to be right on the sale as soon as it starts. Do you sale vet's have better luck purchasing online or in the store? Any other details are much appreciated.

Last year the ad came out in early October, so keep your eyes peeled for the ads in your Sunday newspaper. The buy-one-get-one free is good for Hasbro and Milton-Bradley games.

I looked at the games I wanted online last year, than went to the store. I found SEVERAL of the games cheaper at the store than on-line. Have a great sale everyone. I can't wait.

I remember shopping with dd on her b-day and the sale was on. her b-day is Oct. 5. We bought a few last year.

last year and they came no were close to matching the bogo sales. But this year we are going to Disney for christmass. So I am only going to buy a new camera for the boys for christmass. ya right.

It is usually the begining of October. My birthday is in mid-October and I have asked my DH for games a few time for it (because of the sale.)

I agree that the Toys R Us B1G1F game sale was in October last year. Many other things were also B1G1F, including Little Tikes. I can't remember what else. They start with really good sales in October, which continue through the holidays. They also usually publish great coupons in the weekly circulars (something like getting a $10 gift card for a $50 purchase). I got tons of great deals last year, including the board games.

I also stock up during these BOGO sales. My nieces love board games and my DD gets board games for her birthday and she does play them all the time with us. So I will look out for the ad coming soon!
