Toyko Dining...Help Me Decide!!!

We are leaving in a few days for WDW! We currently have dinner reservations for Boma, Tutto Italia, Kona and Yak and Yeti. We have eaten several times n the past at Boma and Kona and were thinking we might try something new---the only place that was available when I called Disney Dining a few minutes ago is Toyko Dining and they have several spots. I am not a sushi fan but I understand they have other items by looking at their menu.
Is this a good choice for a new place to try or is it "too unusual" for a less adventuresome diner?

Love the hibatchi steak house. Highly recommended!
Last year, even when everyone was totally booked, we were able to do several walkups. My brother, who went in September for free dining this year, said that was the best tip I gave him - because they walked up everywhere and were pleasantly suprised when they were seated within a few minutes.
